You can report information about illegal and/or unethical conduct in business while ensuring privacy protection via the e-mail address prijavitenepravilnosti@pulapromet.hr or the following e-mail form. We will not take complaints about the quality of services into account, but we will refer you to the Pulapromet Code of Ethics committee for the same. Vague and incomprehensible applications from which it is not possible to conclude what or to whom they refer will not be considered.
